nebs for all

With Mike out of town, D went in for some snuggle time with Pops before bed.  I wonder who fell asleep first.

Poor guy had his second nebulizer treatment. The peads recommended we go and buy one since the wheezing is going to be a re-occurring thing when he gets a viral cold. Luckily for us he doesn't seem to mind it so far, and has even asked to get his 'treatment' a time or two.

bro-sins

Dec jumped on James' back, so I encouraged Brent to jump on Declyn's.  Of course he obliged.

A little vintage filter always makes everything look better.

Hello, sunshine!

family birthday celebrations

Swimming? I don't even know what they were doing.

Matchy matchy.

It wouldn't be a family picture without at least one person not smiling, looking, crying ...

I see Christmas card potential.

I love when Smalls pretends I'm not taking a picture.  In all fairness, it's because she quote "hates my picture."

This is what a day at the winery should look like.

safety first

Test driving a couple couches.  This one looked child proofed enough, so we were sold.

Fixing the gate with Pops.  Safety first, of course.

Staying up past bedtime doesn't bother me when it's extra time with Pops.

mr. peanut

I know this is only funny to my mom and I, but it cracks me up every time I look at it.

He was literally screaming (with excitement) in between bites of ice cream cake.

Rockin' a unibrow with no shame.

silly pops

Pops & CC had the kids for the night (duh), and we woke up to this picture Sunday morning.  Apparently Pops is taking his hairstyling tips and pinning them on D.  Looking sharp for church (with the fake toupee and all).

Currently D is big into hiding (usually he'll hide and scream "FIND ME"). However, his hiding is interfering with his morning cartoons.

On the way to get his foot x-ray he spotted a praying mantis on the wall.  It was something Pops had shown him once, so of course he relates the two.

The tech man gave him his very own race car for being so well behaved.

hello, 29

Got to ring in my 29th year with (most of) my loves.

When the kids are away, the moms will play.

Cheesing it up for the cameras.  Can you tell how excited we were to be out?

I just thought this was the most perfect summary of the night ...
a picture of us taking shots, followed by HOME at 2:57 AM.

tipping off thursday

He completely melted in the restaurant (literally), so I had no choice but to drink it off.

Making wishes in the fountain.

pool hair

I love, love, love when his hair is in desperate need of a haircut.

Love my little guy.

We regularly nail our family photos.

Love these two. Love this picture.

farmers and their markets

He may need a haircut, but it's fun to style in the tub.

Spent the morning with CC at the Farmer's Market.

Playing it coy.

carnival fun

This was the first ride they went on, and Brent was told he was too short.
Story of his life.

Not sure why, but I love this picture.

First rollercoaster.  Can you see the joy in his face?

Fishing with friends.

Aunt Meag captured the raw emotions after we had gone around once.

I went to take out the trash, and this was the sky.  Pure beauty.

matchy matchy

Don't let those faces fool you -- the hand holding was not forced.

A crystal ball into our future ...

Declyn : not phased on the moving 'ride'.
James : scared.to.death.

Post bird feeding.

Waiting for Daddy to get off work so we could eaaat.

Why wouldn't you request to play in the fountains before a dinner reservation?
