moral support

I thought it looked like Caron was mimicking the moves, so of course I had to snap a picture during cool down time. Love getting to work out with my sister in law, even if it's only while she's on maternity leave.

This Santa was seriously the sweetest (and Adi's first one). And although she cried at first, he was such a sweetheart to her.

Trying out a new bow.

Keegan needed a diaper change in the car, so he reached out (literally) for moral support from Declyn.

aquariums are for hangovers

Saturday morning has us all wishing we could pass out for hours with our hands up on a Boppy pillow.

Declyn kept talking about going to the 'rocket ship' while we were at the aquarium. It wasn't until minutes before we got to the exhibit that we figured out what he was talking about -- the part of the aquarium that has a submarine. Duh.

girl linus

Geting in some girl talk with her cousin.

Declyn requested I take a picture of him.  Apparently he wanted to showcase my headband.

Looks like little lady is going to take after Keegan -- thumb sucking and blanket loving.

kiddie christmas show

Apparently she wasn't super impressed with the show.

Declyn's school had a holiday show where families were encouraged to dress their best to come and watch. Clearly that is something we love to do.

holiday partays

When either of your arms aren't long enough to get a full body selfie, you do a little individual side by side collage.
Just a little hotel pregame before Mike's holiday work party.

Tried to get the city's backdrop in our picture. Turned out to be more of a reflection of our hotel room.

a heart of gold

This girl can seriously not get enough of her brothers. I love that she's now at an age (and has been for a little while) where she not only recognizes Mike and I, but also her brothers. It really warms my heart.

I have been ordering these personalized stockings from Pottery Barn every time we have another little human join our crew, and Mike and I even measured the ones we have to make sure we got the right one for Adilyn. Clearly that didn't happen. Although my OCD is freaking out about the size difference, it makes me laugh out loud every time I look at it.

Just casually eating lunch atop the Target cafe table.

Infatuated with their paws.

botanical lights

She locked eyes with her Aunt Jamie and broke out into a huge smile.

Anytime we spot a moon we have to take a picture and send it to CC.
Both boys sat on my lap this year during the lights tour, and it was the best.

Look at that Elvis lip.

lunch date

Love getting to sneak in lunch dates with my newest niece. And clearly she enjoys them just as much.

halfway to a year

Just as surprised as we are that she's halfway to that one year mark. Her infectious smile, laugh and pure love for her family makes everything about her truly darling.

tree hunting and decorating

We went to a Japanese Steakhouse with friends and I had what I think was my first ever sake bomb ... and I truly enjoyed it.  It brought the karaoke out in me, which hasn't happened since college.

Seeing my daughter wear my dress from when I was a baby is neat, but to my mom and grandma it was surreal.

Dec brought his binoculars and put them to good use.
This year the boys helped "cut" down the tree.

Decorating the kids tree at CC and Pops house. Yes, they're almost as tall as it.

gingerbread run

Staying warm post run and pre parade.

This sums up the parade pretty well.

Warming up after the parade.

Getting ready for the annual cousin run.

This picture is everything.

gobble gobble

Turkey cookies was another successful tradition.

Keeping the traditions going with a Thanksgiving Day movie. This year - Moana.

The first kid I've ever seen stick his entire head through the hole.

Look at that tiny hand. <3

At least everyone's facing forward!

Such a sweetheart, that one.

school pick up

Turkey feast at Declyn's school was a success. And so was his costume that he made.

This sums up life nicely.

Someone loves their Daddy.

our towhead is two

In addition to celebrating with my family, we also celebrated with Mike's at Chuck E Cheese.  How cute is this sibling love?

Over stimulated.

Birthday boy loving his cupcake.  Or more so, the icing on the cupcake.

Super silly.

I mean .... melts my heart.

And as a family we headed to Great Wolf Lodge (Declyn asks every day when we're going back).

How is he already two??

Sister. sister.

Hamming it up before we took on The Lodge.

Too much fun.
