risky business

Mike gave Declyn a bath while I was downstairs and I walked upstairs to the sound of the hairdryer.  Brilliant idea, using a hairdryer over a towel (as we usually do).  I didn't even have the chance to look at Dec before I heard Mike mummer something along the lines of, 'Well that didn't work like I thought it would'.  Quickly, I glanced over at our little boy and I kid you not started hysterically laughing.  This picture makes his hair look good.  I mean there were pieces in directions I've never seen them go in before.  Needless to say, it didn't quite go back to its normal ways until after another bath.

Sometimes I do a little trade -- if Declyn's napping at my mom's, I will take James with me to run errands.  Being the gentleman that he is, he requested that he carry my bags.  How is a lady/aunt to say no to that?

My dad sent me this picture with the caption :: old school Face Time.
Brilliant, Dad.  Brilliant.

With Mike tackling busy season head on (Saturday's included), we spent the gorgeous day between my parents house and the park.  And of course we squeezed in some time with Pops and Molly.

He is obsessed with picking the leaves off of the trees.

With his legs always covered due to the cold weather, I sometimes forget the size of those thighs.  I just want to eat them up.
