My sister (from another mother) finally got engaged! I say finally because she has been talking about it for what seems like forever. :)
And after he intimately proposed at their apartment, close friends and family surprised her (he knew about it) at a restaurant downtown. The look on her face was priceless… and then of course we all started to cry.

My grandma and I shared a delicious cupcake baked by Meagan's best friend, who's a chef in NY.

I still laugh every time I see this picture. It wraps up our childhood to a T. In fact, if you go back through the albums our parents and grandparents have of us three, you'll probably find something very similar.
