After a nice little lunch date we took the boys hiking at Great Falls. I tried to control this drool machine with his bib, but all he wanted to do was chew on his Bjorn and not look at the camera - go figure.
How funny is this photo op? What was supposed to be a sweet little documentation of our hike turned into a baby with just arms and a hat and another who was too focused on eating the harness that was keeping him in tact.
...and he's out. The best rule of thumb: let a sleeping baby sleep, even if his hat takes up half his face and his mouth is wide open, most likely swallowing nature's finest.
When we made it to our turn around point our little men were fast asleep.
Kristen thought it was only fair that she snapped a sleeping pic of Declyn. How sweet is that face? Even if it is smushed against the edge of his harness.
Just a mommy and me moment. Who knows, maybe I can photoshop it so that he's awake...just thinking out loud.
